The setting and views are great, and the room has a charming old rural look with cool furniture. I do think the owners could pay more attention to guests and what they need.

Dogs are welcome here, which was another plus for us. It’s a beautiful place to unwind and get a feel for rural Italy, and our room mixed old farm style with modern touches. The continental buffet had different kinds of marmalade, bread, butter, coffee, and juice, plus local salami, prosciutto, and cheese. They don’t serve lunch or dinner, but can make a snack if you ask, and you can enjoy it with local red or white wine. Wine is also available for self-service. For dinner, Al Fiume Flambruzzo is a three-minute walk away, or there are other restaurants in town.

We had a fantastic holiday at Agriturismo da Gastone. The owners were welcoming, hospitable, and exceptionally kind, always attentive to what we needed. Our spacious apartment was fully comfortable, tastefully decorated, and everything was brand new. It stayed cool in the summer with quiet air conditioning. Beside it is a beautiful garden by the river, Fiume Stella, within a nature park. If you want a peaceful place to explore the region, this is a great option.

The property is quiet and safe, with private parking and plenty of room. It’s at the end of the street, so nobody disturbs you. The place is welcoming to people and pets, and the breakfast is very good. Great for a short break or as a base while staying in the area.
