The pool and spa were the highlight for us, and our room was roomy and comfortable. We stayed two nights for our honeymoon, enjoyed breakfast each day, and found it easy to drive to Rivisondoli, Roccaraso, and Pescocostanzo for restaurants. It was a lovely stay. We hope to come back someday.

The kids loved the Mini club, and the pool was amazing. We’ve had a wonderful five nights at Aqua Montis, even though some of the reviews we read beforehand had left us unsure what to expect. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff are so kind and helpful. The restaurant food could be a little better, but we’d definitely come here again and hope to return soon.

The children’s entertainment was the best part for us, since it gave the adults 30-45 minutes to sit and talk. We came for dinner, and the large dining room was well managed by kind, capable staff. The food was good, made with genuine ingredients from nearby suppliers, and the wine choices suited the menu.

The spa and massages were great, and it’s a really cool hotel. The rooms ran a bit too hot, and the food felt a little underwhelming for the price, but overall we had a great time.

A good base for getting to Roccaraso, Rivisondoli, and Pescocostanzo. The rooms are nice, the service is good, and the pool water is warm.
