Really great apartment.

Manuela was so friendly. We stayed in August 2019, with our apartment upstairs and Manuela living on the ground floor, but we barely noticed each other. The place was really cozy, and every day she quietly left us delicious bakery treats at the door. The pool and lovely lawn were great, too. She even cleaned the grill for us, though we would have done it ourselves. We’ll be back :-)!

The garden was a real highlight, kept in good shape with a clean pool, loungers, tables, chairs, and a barbecue area stocked with charcoal and accessories. Guests could use it without being disturbed. The friendly young landlady was downstairs whenever we had questions. The detached house sits behind a pizzeria and gas station, with its own driveway, but we didn’t hear their customers or traffic. The apartment is upstairs, accessed separately, and has four bedrooms with nine beds, a kitchen and dining table, a separate dining room, and a balcony. There’s only one bathroom and toilet. Some mattresses are worn, the old windows and balcony doors don’t shut properly, though that wasn’t an issue in summer, and the interior doors are noisy.

We loved the villa. It was clean and tidy, with spacious rooms, and the kids especially had a great time in the pool. The owner was lovely and responded quickly to all our questions and requests. The location is handy, close to the main road, Gardaland, and Lake Garda. The one minor downside was very weak WiFi, but the good points outweigh it by far. I’ll recommend this place to friends looking to stay in the area. I wish I could give it six stars.
