Residenza Napoleone

The staff were so friendly and made our late evening check-in easy, leaving the keys in a safe outside the residence. It’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting Colà Spa. Our room had a very large, well-kept whirlpool tub and mezzanine, which felt romantic. The tub takes an hour or two to fill, though. I gave four stars because the bathroom shower could have been cleaner, with a little mold that needed more attention, and the bed was a sofa bed with a low, uncomfortable mattress. With a tub like that and such a nice location, I expected more from the bed. Still, it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend it.

The service was impeccable, breakfast generous, and the staff consistently helpful. It’s close to the lake and especially the thermal spas, but far enough from Garda’s bustle for a relaxing stay. The rooms were bright, spacious, and comfortable, even the studios. They have mezzanine whirlpool tubs, modern kitchenettes, comfortable sofa beds or double beds, and fully equipped bathrooms.

The apartment was clean and quite spacious, and we hadn’t realized it had two bathrooms. Although the accommodation is set back from the thermal baths, it fits well with the rest of the property. The woman at reception was friendly and helpful. She explained the apartment and the spas, then showed us the room and how to use the whirlpool and electric skylight. We hoped to have dinner at the restaurant next door on Saturday, but it was full. She advised us to book ahead next time, even by emailing her when we reserve the room, and she would take care of it. Given the prices, which aren’t far from nearby farm stays, I’d recommend the place. I’ll definitely return.

We had a lovely clean room with a hot tub, and the staff were very friendly. The sofa bed wasn’t a regular bed, but we found it comfortable. Breakfast was brought to the room: juice in the fridge, plus pastries and other items on the table. There was also convenient private parking.
