Tulip Inn Turin West

We were more pleased than we expected and would recommend this hotel. Andrea at reception was so kind, professional, friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were tidy, large and warm, and the parking area is very spacious. We’ll definitely return.

For 62 euros for two people, whether booked on booking.com or the hotel's website, I thought this was good value. The hotel is older, as many Google Maps reviews say, but the price matters too. People should look at reviews and real photos before booking to know what to expect. I was fine with its condition at that price. You get what you pay for, and there are other hotels in IT in similar condition charging twice as much. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was good, and there’s plenty of free parking. The area seemed secure.

From my room window there was a good view of the mountains, and the breakfast buffet had a good range of food. There’s plenty of customer parking, and the rooms were satisfactory. On the western edge of Turin, this hotel seems somewhere between three and four stars. My stay on 10th April was satisfactory.

The WiFi was frustratingly bad, so using my phone as a hotspot is a better option. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was decent, nothing special but not bad. Rooms aren’t anything remarkable, but they’re well kept, fresh and clean. The hotel is out by an industrial area. That’s convenient for a business trip if you work nearby, but not ideal if you want a cozy vacation spot.
