Nicolò deserves a mention for the great pizzas. We stayed two nights in a warm, comfortable room that was spotless, and the bathroom was clean too. Parking right outside and a great location made things easy. The restaurant-pizzeria had excellent food at reasonable prices. The grilled vegetable baguette was a real standout, along with those delicious pizzas. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

I live nearby, so I only come here to eat. It’s a nice place with good quality food, and I like the pizza too. The toppings are excellent, though I find the crust a little too thin. Service can be a bit slow.

The toilets were filthy, and the meal was expensive. We’d eaten well here before and had good service, so Sunday’s experience was a shock. Even with a reservation, we sat for around 40 minutes without so much as a bottle of water. Our two young children were hungry, and we finally had to get up and ask if we were going to be served. The waitress took our order when she came over, but seemed very annoyed that our group of 12 didn’t all want the same thing. Then we waited another half hour for the food. My husband and I ordered the set menu, but they brought only the starter and main course at first. The first course came later, and it was awful. I really didn’t enjoy the visit.

We tried calling countless times and sent just as many emails to make a booking. The woman on the phone still couldn’t tell us, even a month later, whether a reservation two months away would be possible. It shows no respect for customers, and the situation is unacceptable. The staff are awful and the professionalism is way below par. Then people say there’s a crisis and hoteliers are struggling. If this is how they treat customers, things will only get worse.
