We had breakfast in the property’s private square, right in the castle’s shadow, and it made the stay unforgettable. Our room was a lovely two-story house with a balcony looking out to the sea, furnished in a way that suited its historic character. Casa Castello sits in what may be one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, in what felt like the prettiest part of it.

Getting here by car didn’t work out, but the town’s views and atmosphere made up for that. We spent one night here on our trip through southern Italy and had a great time. The owner was wonderfully welcoming, and breakfast was fresh and made by the family. I’d definitely recommend it.

There’s a lovely little pizzeria just 10 meters away, and the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and wonderful. Our hosts greeted us with such kindness and smiles. The whole place feels magical, almost like stepping back in time. Come and experience that atmosphere for yourself.

We stayed in the “casa medievale,” a charming little two-story apartment. Breakfast came on a terrace overlooking the orchard and the sea. A real hidden gem, highly recommend it.
