Hotel Venezia

We had a really good stay in this well-run hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it to cyclists.

We had to leave sooner than planned, unfortunately, but we’ll definitely come back. It’s a lovely hotel, with helpful, very nice staff. The location works well for hiking, the price is good, and the bar and restaurant service was good too.

The room was clean and the staff friendly, but the noise made it hard to rest. We could hear toilets flushing at night, and because our room was above the restaurant, there was a lot of sound from downstairs, especially during cleanup. I wouldn’t suggest it if you’re looking for somewhere quiet. I booked because the reviews looked good, but the rating didn’t match my experience. The room itself was small, and there was no AC. It felt quite hot even with the windows wide open, though that may just be my personal preference.

Good value and friendly service from everyone, and I’d certainly come back. The hotel is handy for alpine activities, with its own minibus service and public bus stops nearby. Rooms are clean, adequately furnished, and have en-suite shower rooms. The restaurant and bar are nicely furnished, and service was very good. The food was well prepared and presented, with the kind of choices typical for this area. There’s a lift to the floors, plus a well laid out pool and sauna on the lower ground floor.
