Breakfast came with excellent croissants, and Anit served them so professionally. Her nice company and conversation made the morning brighter. We also really enjoyed the clean pool. The villa sits among greenery with a lovely view of Rocca Priora. A young team is working to bring back its former charm, and their dedication should get it there. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, always clean and fresh smelling, though some furniture and finishes could be improved. Writer Tina Simonelli Garofalo's poems add a special touch. We'll return.

The pool was a great spot to relax in the sun, and breakfast was a treat. We chose a savory option made for us, with local foods that suited our tastes. The rooms were welcoming, comfortable, and spotless, in a beautiful, peaceful setting surrounded by nature. Staff were lovely and happy to help with questions or requests. We also got to try regional flavors, including local wines in the Frascati fraschette and a porchetta sandwich from Ariccia. B&B Simonelli Rooms is a peaceful place to stay in the Castelli Romani, and we can't wait to come back. Top marks to the girls and the manager.

This place is run down and feels abandoned. It shouldn't be open to the public until it's put back in order. The two women at reception did try to cover up the serious problems, but the property had been taken over from a previous management and still has their logo on the towels and toiletries. Rating: 0.

A bed and breakfast of horrors. The receptionist seems unwilling to work, there's no customer service, and she even treated the postman badly over the intercom.
