The pizza and tiramisu are the best you’ll ever try. We spent a month in the area and ate at most of the restaurants, but this was our favorite. The food was excellent, and the owners were sweet and caring even though we were clearly foreigners and didn’t speak Italian well. The only snag was service when it got busy. After our second course, we waited a long time for someone to clear the table and take our dessert order. We’d have ordered more wine and water too, but the waiters were too busy to check on us. Even so, the food was well worth waiting for.

I arrived in the dark and woke up to a lovely surprise: a clean, cute little village high in the mountains. The hotel doubles as a bar, and the rooms were nice. Those homemade pastries were gorgeous and yummy. The owner didn’t speak much English, and my Italian was just as bad as his English, but we managed with Google Translate.

We made a long drive to get here, only to find the place closed and nobody there, despite the advertised rooms. Very unprofessional.

The plates are generous and the prices excellent. The restaurant has no frills, but the food is amazing, with the chef making great meals from local produce. The host was gracious, the wait staff were good fun, and there was a good wine selection. The town itself is lovely to visit.

The pizza is top notch, and the staff are really friendly. It’s a wonderful place in a small but lively town, where people fill the streets and enjoy one another’s company. Nobody spoke English, but we got by with Google Translate and smiles.
