The rooms are big, comfortable, clean, and beautifully done, with a luxurious feel. Fabio looked after us so well, and we loved the whole stay. It felt classy from start to finish. Phenomenal place, I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

We’ve been here three times and plan to return every year. The restaurant is really good, with Gian-Luca explaining the local favorites and what’s in season. The food is always fresh, and there’s a great wine selection. It’s a family-run hotel, and the staff treat you like family too. The rooms are all brand new, with very nice bathrooms and clean showers with hot water and strong pressure. The hotel is in a pleasant mountain town known for chestnuts and wine, away from the busy tourist traps. You get a taste of everyday Italian life here. I wish I didn’t have to leave.

The owner was incredibly accommodating, and the service was first-rate, from the clean room to the amazing breakfasts. A phenomenal hotel and experience. I’d highly recommend it to anyone hoping to enjoy the beauty of Roccamonfina.

Fabio, Sarah, Gian Luca and the rest of the team were terrific, friendly, and attentive to making our visit enjoyable. We were in Roccamonfina last month to see family and go to the town’s annual Chestnut/Porcini Festival. The Palace Hotel was charming, our room was comfortable and very clean, and the bathroom was modern. We also had a beautiful view from the balconies.
