Lucas deserves a special thanks for going out of his way to help us throughout our ski trip. His kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. We spent four nights at Da Remo, and the rooms, though a little dated, were comfortable and well kept. We had a great experience overall and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay while skiing in the area.

There were a few issues despite the otherwise excellent service, clean rooms, and great staff. The bed was a little uncomfortable, and drinks cost extra even though we'd booked half board. The booking site listed the tourist tax as €1.50 per person, but we were charged €3 per person per day. Apart from those points, everything was perfect.

The central location and homely, family-run atmosphere made the stay especially pleasant. We were greeted with smiles throughout, from the wonderful Eleonora to the cleaning staff. We stayed half board, and the restaurant was a real strength, serving good, varied, carefully prepared food in generous portions. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Da Remo and would gladly return and recommend it to friends and family. I also noticed they welcome pets, which in 2026 feels like, finally! We highly recommend it.
