Hotel Iris

Raffaele was great, always available, very friendly, and polite. We had a very positive stay and will definitely return. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was excellent. It's right in central Roccaraso, with free street parking. Breakfast was a buffet with delicious cakes and donuts, plus eggs cooked to order and served hot with bacon or sausage. Dinner was excellent too, with a simple but tasty appetizer buffet. They also had the services a skier needs, including storage and shuttles.

We were lucky to meet our driver Giuseppe, who was always happy to help with information and was so friendly. He felt like a friend throughout our very enjoyable trip. The hotel helped make the stay great too: the food was good quality, the rooms were clean, and the reception staff were welcoming and guided us through each step of the trip. It’s right in the center and their shuttles connect it to the slopes.

The town center location was really handy. We could walk around, shop, and even go to the movies in the evening without taking the car. We stayed four days, January 11-14, 2026, and had a lovely, relaxing holiday. The hotel has an elegant feel, with classic, welcoming furnishings that are sometimes basic but still pleasant. Our attic room was very nice and had just the right amenities. Everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the varied, tasty cuisine and the varied breakfast with everything you'd expect. The staff were courteous, and Giuseppe was friendly and kindly drove us on the shuttle between the hotel and the slopes. I'd definitely come back. Highly recommended 💪😍

The rooms were comfortable and very clean, breakfast was rich and complete, and the food was excellent, with a menu that changes every day. The restaurant staff were friendly and professional, especially Raffaele. With its central location, all the key attractions are within walking distance. Excellent value for money and ideal for a skiing weekend in Roccaraso. We’ll definitely return.
