The area is lovely, the food was nice, and the staff were polite and friendly. It has a bit of a "back in the past" feel, which I actually like. It’s very close to the ski slopes.

The location is top-notch, close to the slopes, and the shuttle makes it convenient to get to the facilities. The place is huge, with plenty of space, and the entertainment was good. Still, it has a lot of problems, even with kind staff who try hard. The building is old and needs modernization, and the electricity went out every afternoon. Meals were mediocre. The accommodation and half-board rates were below average, though those prices came through tour operators, not directly from the hotel. A shame, since this could be top-notch.

The location is excellent, but staying here was a real disappointment. Staff were rude, especially the blonde waitress, who was always unpleasant. The food was terrible. We went without eating for two days and had to find something at a pizzeria. The rooms smelled bad and cleanliness was at zero. The hallways felt like a hospital. The hotel is very well located, but it really isn’t worth staying in. Not recommended at all.
