The pool is lovely, with a lifeguard, so it's ideal for kids. The beach is about an 800m walk away. We had no parking problems, and it's quite central for getting around by car. The area is beautiful, and the housekeeper, Elisa, is especially nice and always available.

I ended up in the summer houses with the blue railings, and while mine was a good size, it was disgustingly dirty. That section isn't maintained at all, and the garbage is never collected. In summer, you can't sleep with the windows open because the smell gets right into the bedrooms. There's no cleaning or gardening service, and not even a bar inside the residence, so if you run out of bottled water you have to drive to the nearest supermarket outside. The residence is run by two partners whose management is very different. I don't recommend it, and it's very expensive.

The apartments are new, always clean, and have everything needed. There's a peaceful, cared-for feeling here, and you can see the effort to keep the quality up year after year. I've stayed at this residence for a good 10 years, always in the green balcony area managed by Salvatore, and I've always had a wonderful time. From my first year, the whole staff welcomed me like I was at home and were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. The place is just steps from the sea and has a lovely pool for relaxing without stress. To me, it's a second home, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-organized stay with attentive management.

It was okay, apart from my mom having to use a liter of bleach to wash all the towels because they were paid for and used. The pool and playground were nice, though.
