Lucia was willing to help and accommodate us. The location is great, and the place is surrounded by greenery. But that's about all it has going for it. This isn't somewhere I'd choose for a family holiday. Our room felt like it hadn't changed since the 1950s. The toilet lid was broken, and don't get me started on the shower. There was no cleaning during the almost week we stayed, so I had to buy a Vileda and clean it myself. The bed, bedside tables, and table looked like they belonged to Mussolini's era. Without the location among the greenery and Lucia's efforts, I would have left after the second day.

The beach service was good. The entertainment was beyond comment. The owner made a great effort, but unfortunately the residence apartments are unpresentable, with old, worn furnishings.

The convenient shuttle was useful for us, and the place is very close to Rodi Garganico. We stayed in the village's main building, though there are also apartments overlooking the sea. I chose this residence because it seemed good value and trusted my instinct without reading the reviews. Lucia and the rest of the staff are wonderful. We'll be back next year.

I spent a week at the resort by myself, but never felt lonely. Lucia, her family, and the staff make you feel at home. Lucia is attentive, helpful, and kind, and I had a wonderful holiday. The place is quiet, safe, and clean, with a beautiful view, and the pool is a nice extra. The beach service was excellent too. My sincere thanks to Lucia and everyone who works with her. See you soon.

The pool, location, and price were the good parts. Still, for somewhere advertised as family-friendly and all-inclusive, we expected more. We stayed with family for a week last year, and in hindsight we wouldn't choose it again. Maybe the excellent price should have been a warning. The indoor restaurant was too hot, with fans that didn't help enough. The menu was long but uninspired, with few local dishes. Breakfast was the same every day for a week: a croissant with jam or Nutella, no fruit or savory choices. The kids' play area had broken toys, including a little house with a broken slide and a broken "Batticulo" with no seats. The accommodation itself was okay, with simple furnishings, but a children's area shouldn't be left in that state. The beach shuttle only ran at certain times in both directions. I can't remember the exact schedule now, but I think the outward trip was 8:00-11:00 and the return was 12:00-12:00. With small children, going to the beach at 8 or 8:30 meant being stuck there until noon. In the scorching sun, we'd have liked to come back after an hour or two, around 10 or 10:30, but we seemed to be the only ones who needed that.
