Agriturismo Dosso al Porto

Breakfast was just a coffee pod and two Mulino Bianco 🥐, and the night itself was an experience I'd rather forget. The room was nice, but the place felt quite isolated. I was the only guest there, and after insisting that I pay right away, the owner left me alone. Nobody stayed overnight, not even a caretaker. Being by yourself in the countryside can feel unsettling. Rating: 1.

The setting in nature and the breathtaking view are the best parts. The room is only 3x3, with a plasterboard bathroom attached, so it's suitable for a short visit if you're not expecting much.

Bugs were crawling around, and the room smelled bad and felt cold. The bathroom was freezing, while the shower tray looked like a pond. From the window, the view was of a lovely roof covered in asbestos panels. As for the manager, best left unsaid. Look elsewhere, there's bound to be somewhere better.

For €50 they called it a double room for single use, but it was literally a warehouse, with furniture and other junk piled inside. They were taking advantage of the housing shortage during a trade fair in Bologna. I was left speechless by the whole absurd experience.
