The forest trails start right behind the car park, so this hotel is also a good option for anyone hiking in the beautiful mountains. I spent 12 days here in mid-March, hoping to paraglide, but the weather turned out much rainier than expected. The warm welcome, clean and comfortable rooms, and helpful staff made that unlucky timing easier to take. On sunny days, flying took up most of the day, and it was handy to have a lovely cappuccino at breakfast and dinner in the hotel's bar-restaurant without having to look elsewhere for food. Rainy days brought a bunch of little questions about how to spend the time, and Elaine was kind and keen to help me figure things out. Best wishes, Alexey.

The location is quiet and pleasant, about a 15-minute walk from the Paradiso landing zone. I had a wonderful stay at Della, and the staff, including Elaine, Katelin and the room service lady, were all so friendly and helpful. My room was clean and fairly spacious. Breakfast was simple, with cereal, bread, fresh croissants, fruit and a few other things, but it did the job. The bar is run separately from the hotel, and the drinks were well priced. Bleta gave great service and had a great sense of humor. I can't understand the negative reviews, and I do wonder how genuine they are. It's a great place, I'd recommend giving it a try.

After reading some of the reviews online, I had a few reservations, even though a friend who'd stayed here had recommended the hotel. Ten days later, I'm extremely impressed. The staff are amazing, the rooms are great, and they've gone well beyond what you'd expect for a hotel of this standard. I'm definitely coming back.

The team really cares about your stay and is wonderful, helpful and accommodating. Dalla Mena is in a quiet, comfortable spot in Bassano, well suited to pilots, cyclists and hikers. The rooms were clean and tidy. There's no air-conditioning, but the team brought us fans as soon as we asked, and that was enough for us. Thanks, everyone!
