I found a clean room with air conditioning and a great shower, which was a relief after arriving late. I got there after 10pm with my bike, and Claudio welcomed me with coffee and some leftover croissants. Really bike-friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend it.

We had a holiday package, but they wouldn’t give us a room for just one night. The whole experience was awful. Worst people ever.

The location is handy for exploring nearby places, and there isn’t much traffic at night. The room was small but clean, though street noise came straight in because it wasn’t soundproofed. Hot water took five minutes to arrive and kept cutting in and out during the shower. The digital TV felt about 15 years old. Breakfast cost €10 for coffee, a thawed croissant, boxed juice and yogurt, with nothing else, so it wasn’t worth the price. It’s priced about the same as a couple of nearby three-star hotels. Pretty average overall.

The included breakfast was a lovely start to the day, and they can arrange champagne or a glass of your favorite wine as a surprise for your partner. They also put on tasting dinners with local products, and our platter was delicious. The staff were kind, helpful and wonderful. My suite felt like heaven, with thoughtful comforts and a real spa right in the room. It was so relaxing I completely forgot about the outside world. There’s a lovely outdoor area too, which I hope to enjoy in summer. What a wonderful getaway.

You can tell how much care and love for life goes into making this place special for visitors. It’s beautiful and very well looked after. There are lots of lovely places to see nearby, including Bassano del Grappa and Marostica. Highly recommended.
