The employees were very kind, and room service was good. There's free parking with cameras. Almost everything was perfect for us, though breakfast could use more fruit and a wider choice of bread.

What a nice little hotel. Our room was large and very clean, and we felt safe there. The queen bed was two doubles pushed together and quite comfortable. There was also a couch with a pull-out bed in case we'd had extra travelers with us. The staff were friendly and accommodating toward us as American tourists. A Lidl-type shop across the road and a gas station next door were handy, and the hotel is in a good part of town. Breakfast was included, good, and typical of a European hotel. It was only 30 minutes from downtown Rome. I'd definitely stay again if I came through on vacation.

We’d happily stay here again. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and a good size, and the service was especially kind and helpful, particularly Chiara at the front desk. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options and a good choice of juices. It takes about 40 minutes to an hour to reach central Rome, but there’s a bus stop right outside. There are nice views from outside and a pleasant porch area, too. No complaints, and our stay beat the one we had at some bigger chain hotels.

The manager, Jessy, was dismissive and very tough when I raised problems, and called the police instead of helping or offering a solution. The room also fell well short of the website description: it was small, poorly maintained, and missing amenities that had been promised. I was deeply disappointed with my stay at [Hotel 3255 and won’t be back. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and makes improvements.
