The owners’ hospitality stood out from arrival to departure. They brought us breakfast, fresh fruit, and refilled the fridge every day. Guido also gave us excellent tips for our stay. Thank you! The room had a large terrace and a balcony, both of which we really enjoyed. Its style depends on your taste. For us, the pink and purple decor and the jacuzzi on wheels under the bed were a bit much and not really our thing. The property is off the main Via Cassia, with a big garden full of trees and birds. There was hardly any noise, and it felt farther from the main road than it really is. There’s plenty of parking inside, and you can walk to a few nearby restaurants with good value for money. Ask Guido for recommendations.

The room felt romantic and fun, with color and love in every corner. We adored this beautiful place, and the service was excellent. Elena at reception was so nice and helpful, and it was easy to ask questions about anything. If you want to try somewhere different and special, this is the place. Recommended 100%.

The people were very friendly, and the service was amazing. It’s a two-minute walk to the train station, so getting into Rome was easy :)

We had a really good stay and would definitely come back. The place was perfectly located, very quiet, and just two minutes from the train station, with all kinds of transport links nearby. Guido and Eleonora were so kind and helpful. Rating: 10! ❤️
