We came from California for a family vacation in Rome, and this beautiful place gave us a really good rest area, a swimming pool, and lots of activities for the kids. The authentic restaurant is just three steps from the hotel building on the same grounds, and the food there is delicious. The Italian family who runs the hotel is incredibly friendly and provides the best service. It’s peaceful, full of character, and about 30 minutes from central Rome, away from the noise. I don’t understand why it has three stars. For me, it deserves five, and I prefer it to those new fashionable hotels in noisy city centres. I’d highly recommend staying here if you visit Rome.

There’s open farmland around the hotel, and the staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and costs just 5 euros. The railway station is 3 km away, though taxis are hard to find in the area. Hotel staff can provide paid pick-up and drop-off service. The private bathroom has a small shower, if available.

The pool was open, but the restaurant was closed on the evening we arrived, so we had to eat somewhere else. The hotel is cosy and nicely located near Rome. Our room was clean and comfortable, though sound travelled through the walls.

The staff seemed unprofessional, and I had a terrible experience. I was robbed by housekeeping. When I arrived late another time, no one was there to hand over my room key, so I had to go to another hotel. I wouldn’t stay here, especially with better and more professional hotels nearby.
