I stayed here in March 2025 and left without getting back the extra amount I was charged. At checkout they charged more than I owed, even though I'd already paid two deposits. The woman at reception didn't speak Italian and couldn't explain the difference, so I paid to avoid more hassle. I messaged the property on WhatsApp right afterward and was told the reservations office would email me. I followed up several times by email and heard nothing for quite a while. Eventually they apologized, said they hadn't known about the issue, and offered a €50 voucher valid until November 2025 instead of a refund. Since rooms cost around €300 a night, that voucher wasn't a realistic substitute for the overcharge. It expired, and I never received a refund. A billing mistake should be corrected with a refund, not a credit that requires another purchase, especially after so little communication. If this gets resolved, I'll update my review.

We came back today from a weekend that left us feeling completely relaxed. My husband gave me the stay as a break from the daily rush, and we loved the private spa, whirlpool, sensory shower, music throughout the suite, and comfortable temperature. Everything was spotless, and the staff were kind and helpful. Wait for someone to explain the buttons before trying them, or you might miss some of the suite's best features. We'd absolutely come again.

The Gold Suite was a huge letdown for our Valentine's Day stay. The room was small, gloomy, dirty, and smelled musty. We switched off the heat because the smell was making us feel sick. The receptionist couldn't explain anything to us and we spent half an hour figuring out the tub, lights, and music ourselves. There was no Wi-Fi password anywhere and nobody gave us one. We also had no slippers or welcome drink, the swivel bed didn't work, and we paid a fortune without even getting a receipt. Never again. Disgusting, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The location in Ostiense made it easy to get around once we left, and the privacy was lovely. My fiancé and I were there for our sixth anniversary and had a wonderful time. The room had everything, including a hot tub, Turkish bath, and sauna, plus different music, lighting, and mood settings for couples. We also booked a hot oil massage. I saw stars, and the staff were excellent and professional. We were welcomed so well. I'd recommend it to couples celebrating something special, and we'll be back.
