Eur NIR Residence has been a great stay for me every time I've visited, three times so far. The apartments are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I especially like being in a quiet, green residential area, away from city noise while still in the centre of Rome. I highly recommend it!

The rooms have balconies and are clean and well kept, though a little dated. It's a bit outside central Rome, but public transport makes getting around convenient. Roberto is great, and Vittorio is friendly and very helpful.

Cafes, grocery shops and restaurants are all not far from the residence. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the area is very quiet with bus service.

The residence is really quiet, and it was easy to find street parking. Three of us shared a two-room apartment during my two-month stay at Nir. It was very spacious and had every comfort, and I had a great time there. Roberto was always available when I had questions. The location is strategic: it's a 10-minute drive to the Basilica of San Paolo, and a bus takes you to the EUR district, where you can catch the metro. Recommended.

Mr. Vittorio and Mr. Roberto were kind and helpful, which made the stay feel pleasant and relaxing. The apartment was quiet, clean and well equipped. My dog, who always travels with me, was very welcome, and that's a real plus for me.
