The building is new, and the rooms are well equipped, but I wouldn't suggest staying more than a night. There are two shared bathrooms, and one had a broken drain. Breakfast isn't included.

The place is clean and nice. Sharing the bathroom was the problem, since some guests seemed to act as if it were their own private restroom and forgot others had to use it too.
