This was the nicest family-owned and operated hotel I've stayed in. It's quaint, with a lovely Italian atmosphere, around 55 rooms, and a restaurant next door. There are three or four floors but no elevators. I enjoyed helping them with English while they taught me Italian. Breakfast was very good. It cost 7 euros, or $6-$10. With the omelet, which was more like a thick, round egg, it was 7 euros. You could pay less for just fruit and a drink. Many visitors to the Rome Temple from the U.S.A. stay here.

The hotel is a little under an hour from Rome's centre by public transport, and local shops that sell single tickets sometimes run out. Keep a couple spare so you don't face a roughly 15-minute walk to the nearest train station. It's a good, fairly cheap place, but if we came to Rome again, we'd probably stay closer to the center. The owners were very friendly and obliging, and there was always a staff member around who could speak English. Our room was clean and cleaned daily, though the bathroom had one or two damp patches and the towels weren't changed during our six-day stay. It's a nice little hotel, quite far out from the center.

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English, and breakfast was really nice. A hot drink and sweet snack cost just 2 euros. For a one-star hotel, it's alright, though it still needs to improve its cleanliness, furniture, and Wi-Fi in all the rooms.

The room was small but had a homely feel, and everything was clean. They also serve a full breakfast in the morning. The hotel is quite far from central Rome, though the bus stop is only about two minutes away. Best place for a warm night's sleep in Rome.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, and I appreciated having a hot shower. But breakfast wasn't great, the air conditioning kept acting up, and only one outlet worked.
