This is an older-style hotel, and the lifts seemed to work only about 10% of the time. We ordered dinner, waited an hour, then checked on it and learned they'd lost the order. They still charged full price, with no discount or free beer, and charged us for water (Aqua) and stale breadsticks too.

We had plenty of parking for the rental car, and the pool looked nice, though it was being maintained while we were there. Breakfast came with the stay and had lots of choices, including gluten-free and lactose-free options. The room was spacious and clean, with a terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was amazing and fairly priced, €15 for a large seafood spaghetti. Highly recommend!

The staff were awesome, and I felt safe and secure in the area and inside the hostel. It was super clean, and the bathroom shared by the four-person dorm was great. I'd stay again :)

They added service fees that hadn't been mentioned upfront, and the prices felt too high for the quality. We didn't enjoy the food; it tasted more like a botched homemade meal than restaurant cooking. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The whole hotel had an unsettling feel, and I was uncomfortable during my stay. My room was dirty, badly maintained, and looked awful. From the start, the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, which made a terrible first impression. This stay was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else 🤢🤮
