Mirko was so friendly and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean. The nice room is in a very nice apartment close to the beach and a nice beach restaurant. There's a shared kitchen and patio, and even a washing machine if you need it. It's also near the AirPort, which is handy if you have an early flight. I highly recommend it.

Mirko was kind and helpful, and gave me some good breakfast recommendations. He keeps the place spotless. My room had its own bathroom, and the shared kitchen had everything needed to cook, though I only made tea. I stayed two relaxing nights before flying out of Rome Fiumencino Airport. After nonstop travel, it was a perfect place to unwind by the beach for a day. I was there in the off season, at the beginning of October. If you're interested in Roman history, I also recommend a day out to Ostia Antica. Thanks for a lovely stay!

If you're staying here, it's the best possible place to get some rest. Mirko, the owner, deserves only praise for the rooms and his hospitality. He welcomed us, helped with parking, and keeps everything nice and clean. Well done, and thanks, Mirko. We were disappointed by Lido Di Ostia as a place. It was so ruined and dirty, the public transportation was horrible, and the beach was expensive. It wasn't worth visiting, and we had expected more from Italy. One small downside at the accommodation is that you have to pay extra to have towels washed. There's a kitchen and laundry Maschine, and everything you need is there.

The owner was really helpful and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. The rooms were quiet, airy, very comfortable, and very clean. There's a kitchen and big terrace in the Guesthouse :) A nice free beach is just a few minutes away on foot, and the main piazza takes maybe 10-15mins to walk to.
