The owners were so friendly when I met them, and they stayed available by phone all week. The place itself is clean and quiet, with spotless rooms, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. There's a mini-fridge, water, and a coffee maker by the entrance, plus a coffee maker with pods, pastries, and a tea kettle in the rooms. I'll definitely come back. Thank you.

The room was as expected, and there were plenty of towels and shower supplies. The bigger cleanliness issues were hard to overlook, though: hair and other bits on the floor, plus limescale on the shower glass and unsanitary dirt in the shower tray corners. Breakfast had no gluten-free options. It was also noisy, and the terrace offered no privacy.

The coded entry made check-in flexible and very convenient. I spent two nights here, close enough to reach UniCamillus University on foot or by bus. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was as described, with coffee pods and snacks supplied in the room.

The rooms have a fun 1960s cinema feel. There was a Sofia Loren or Lollobrigida room, but I got the Monica Vitti room, decorated with photos recalling the great actress. The guesthouse was spotless and had all the comforts, and the owner was very kind.
