The upstairs bedroom was a real highlight, with its balcony view and romantic feel. Downstairs, the big living room had sun loungers looking out over the vegetable garden and chicken coop, and the kitchen was attractive and well stocked. The place is quiet and rustic, and both double rooms had lovely little details. The attic bathroom has a low ceiling, so it probably won’t suit someone very tall. I’m 1.75m and managed fine by being careful. I couldn’t work out how to raise the blinds automatically, so I got a bit of a stretch in each morning. It wasn’t cold, but with the thick walls it didn’t feel comfortable walking around in shorts or barefoot, at least in May. They put the central heating on a little in the evenings.

Claudia and her family are modest, honest people who look after both the property and their business with real care. Claudia is especially good with guests, always warm, friendly, and doing her best to help with whatever comes up. Even though the family live downstairs, they gave us space while staying available for requests. The spotless, comfortable rooms and spacious breakfast room had everything we needed, including a kitchen. We loved the courtyard with its home-grown vegetables and farm animals. It’s a family-run B&B in the countryside, and in just three days we fell for the place and their kindness. We’ll be glad to see them again. Best wishes, Claudia, and keep up the good work!

A peaceful place to relax, and one we’d gladly recommend and return to. The villa’s garden accommodation has generous, well-furnished shared spaces, with a long table and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were clean, with balconies and bathrooms finished with lots of attention to detail. We walked the 800 metres to the center comfortably, though it’s easy to drive closer, and parking right in front was straightforward. The owners welcomed us warmly, were kind and helpful, and shared some interesting tips. Special thanks to Claudia for taking us in after our 8 PM call, even without a reservation, and to her lovely father. And thanks to Bryan for his useful suggestions about places to visit near Ronciglione.

We picked this place on a whim and really liked the town, the hostess, the house, and its facilities. Everything was very clean and new, with lots of amenities. The privacy arrangements caught us by surprise: Booking.com didn’t say that the living room and kitchen were shared spaces two floors below, or that the bathroom was outside the bedroom, across a small hallway. We would have booked somewhere else if we’d known, since we wanted privacy. Luckily, there were no other guests while we were there, so we had the facilities to ourselves. The one other downside was the heating. It was very cold, and because the system was outside, it only ran for a few hours at night. Best wishes.
