The host said they might refund my deposit if another couple took the booking, but when I later asked whether that had happened, I got no answer. Instead, I was blocked. I’d called promptly to ask about moving my reservation after severe weather around Crati and the Grimaldi villages left roads blocked and made safe travel impossible. The first call was rude: the host said national road traffic wasn’t affected despite landslides and evacuations, and refused to move the booking. The way the whole thing was managed was pathetic. Absolutely not recommended.

Everything was so well organized, and the place was impressively clean. I stayed at Mr. Luigi's on Valentine's Day, and he was kind, polite, and really helpful. Hope I can come back soon. Thanks for everything! Federica C.

Luigi made us feel at home straight away and spoiled us with breakfast. He also pointed us toward good places to eat and try local dishes, as well as places to visit and shops for typical Calabrian products. We had a lovely weekend in a quiet, comfortable place, and we'd recommend it. We'll be back.

We came across this place by chance while splitting up our drive to Sicily. It has a lovely panoramic setting, and Luigi was courteous and helpful, making us feel at home. Super clean too. We'll be back.

The shuttle from San Pietro in Guarano to Rosa was punctual, and the driver was friendly. We stayed here while doing the Camino de San Francesco di Paola and found the hospitality excellent. Everything was clean and meticulously kept. Thanks, we hope to return.
