The worst issue is the heat. There’s no air conditioning, and the south-facing bathroom wall gets so hot after 3 PM that you can’t touch it. That warmth spreads through the apartment and makes it really uncomfortable. The perimeter walls aren’t insulated either. The residence itself is new and nicely designed, with spacious, quiet rooms that are well separated. It seems best suited to two people, though a third person would need to make do. The weekly rent isn’t cheap, so air conditioning should be included for that price. The apartment was clean and stocked for three people, and the listing mentioned both a washing machine and dishwasher. On arrival, though, I was told the dishwasher didn’t work, and the washing machine could only run when the water heater was off. The large shower works well. There are no curtains, so you have to be careful moving around inside. The management staff weren’t professional.
