Appartamenti In Residence Zoe

We had a lovely holiday here, and it seems ideal for families with or without children. We stayed August 4th to August 11th, having booked through booking.com. The property is exactly as described and pictured on the website. Mr. Tonino and Maria gave us an excellent welcome and kept providing assistance throughout. It's very close to the sea and to several markets for groceries. Well done!

We've stayed at this comfortable, lovely, and quiet residence for the third year running. The apartment matches its description, and the elevator makes it easy to get luggage upstairs. The owners are friendly and helpful, and Mr. and Mrs. Pinciotti are always kind, with thoughtful touches. It's a peaceful place for a relaxing holiday, near the beach but away from the bustle of the seafront promenade, which is a 3-4 minute walk. There are also some lovely little restaurants nearby. A place to remember.

The apartment itself was okay, apart from the air conditioning, which was completely broken and didn't work. The owner seemed friendly at first, but we later found out he had used a second key to come into the apartment while we were out. After that, the stay became a nightmare. He even checked our garbage. I strongly advise against staying here. Be careful.

The apartment is beautiful, brand new, and well maintained. Mr. Antonio, the owner, is friendly and very helpful. It's just steps from the sea. Don't miss it.
