It's a great property for walking, whether you bring your dog or go without. The shower, though, is much too small for an adult. Cleanliness felt like an old bachelor’s summer cabin. The beds were OK, and the towels were immaculate.

The room and living area weren't soundproof, and the air conditioner was positioned at knee height, so we couldn't cool the whole apartment properly. We stayed in the small guesthouse. Also, you'll need a car to reach the property. The nearest larger shops, town, and sea are around a 15-minute drive away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking English or Italian. The property was tidy and clean, and the pool was cleaned every day. It's well located for popular places like Pisa, Florence, and Livorno, so I'd recommend it.

We felt very at ease here. The grounds are kept in great shape, and the pool was the best part for our girls.

The staff are always kind, friendly, and ready to help, and I love the peace and beautiful view here. I've now had the pleasure of enjoying everything this place offers for two years in a row. I hope I make it back for a third.

A welcoming place that's kept in lovely condition. The pool view, along with the shirtless receptionist, was quite the aphrodisiac.
