The location was good, and the small balcony worked for two smaller people. Beyond that, the accommodation was outdated, worn, and unclean, with nowhere comfortable to sit. The seats were badly worn, the mattress sagged, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, and the Wi-Fi was weak. The owners' communication and organization were the worst part: they were disorganized and intrusive, and it was very difficult to communicate with them.

The apartment was clean and welcoming, with plenty of space, working appliances, and air conditioning in every room except the bathroom. The garden has a private table, plus room to store bikes and to hang out or wash clothes. Its location is handy for shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Parking is awkward, though, and the Wi-Fi is slow. The nearby beaches aren't the best: the one across from the apartment is near the pier and off limits unless you use a beach club. The beaches a little farther away are nicer, but small and crowded.

We stayed there in August 2016, and the apartment badly needed renovating. The furniture and plumbing were old, the stove was rusty, and the refrigerator was old, too. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location is excellent, and the basic apartments have everything you need. The garden isn't well maintained, which makes the outdoor area hard to use.
