Holiday Home S2 Conchiglia

Albarella is lovely, peaceful, very well maintained, and somewhere I'd happily visit again. The rental at "La Conchiglia," though, left us with a bad experience, and we wouldn't book this apartment or use this rental again. We kept getting incomplete or contradictory information during the stay. Before arriving, we asked in writing whether linens and towels were included and were told they were. Just before arrival, we were then told that wasn't possible. They only found a solution after we referred to the written confirmation. Pool access was similar: the listing said it was included, but at first we were told new rules meant it wasn't. It turned out they'd simply forgotten to give us the required wristbands. The apartment was very basic and didn't always seem thought through. They left dishwasher tablets despite there being no dishwasher, while dish soap was missing. Small things by themselves, but together they gave us the sense that things weren't well organized. We would return to the island anytime, but can't recommend this accommodation.
