We found the location handy, near the beach and town center, and the staff were kind. The air conditioning worked well, and our small, basic room was clean. English wasn't spoken very well by everyone. Meals were the weak point: the choices were limited and repetitive after a few days, service could mean a long wait, and there wasn't always enough food for everyone. For a short trip or a school group it was okay, but I wouldn't suggest it to someone looking for comfort or high-quality service.

The location was great, and the service was really nice. But the room wasn't good. The outdoor seats were old and rusty, the drawer was wet, and those mattresses were awful, like trying to sleep on metal.

We ended up at this hotel by mistake because there's another one with the same name that looks better, only 50 metres from the sea and with a pool. We didn't catch that in time. Here, there's no proper parking, and they need you to hand over your car keys so they can move the car whenever someone arrives. It calls itself a three-star hotel, but I don't think it deserves that.

I'm travelling with a friend and they put us in the same room, but we weren't given a bathroom key, so we couldn't lock the door while inside. The room was dirty and stank, someone's hair was on the pillow, the sheets were dirty, and some lights didn't work. Worst hotel ever, don't come here!
