Villa Cortina

The apartment was lovely and the location was lovely too, but we had to clean it ourselves when we arrived. They need to do a better job of keeping it clean.

The building is beautiful, and the apartment I stayed in was very nice, close to the beach resorts. But the agencies should inspect the apartments more carefully both before handing them over and when they're returned. There were dirty dishes, ovens with baked-on grime and grease that couldn't be used, and dirty refrigerators. I strongly recommend more checks. It leaves a bad impression, and the cleaning service often isn't good enough either, with too little oversight. It's a shame because the apartments get damaged over time. The biggest fault is with the guests, though. So many people staying there have no respect for anything and leave things really dirty. That's why I give it three stars, even though I would have given it four.

The location is perfect, close to the sea 🌊 and the city center, but the apartments have become filthy and run down. They could be very nice if someone looked after them properly. Nobody cleans them well or checks their condition, which is a shame. We still have to pay, so it's frustrating to end up cleaning everything ourselves. They should inspect the apartments more often.

A good spot for weekdays by the sea, with the sea and pine forest both just a 5-6 minute walk away.
