The place was very clean, and the host was lovely. We didn’t even order breakfast, but they still gave us cookies and left a really sweet welcome note. Thank you! The downside is there’s no elevator, and with several suitcases the walk felt a bit far, around 20 minutes. I think there’s a bus stop nearby, though.

A real surprise was the restaurant right by the hotel, the food there was truly delicious. The rooms are simple but spacious and clean, and the place is peaceful and quiet. Staff were nice, prices were low, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Francesca is thoughtful, kind, and always attentive, and her parents are lovely people who are around to help with whatever comes up during the day. That warm, family atmosphere made the stay feel especially comfortable and peaceful. The rooms at Cà della Roggia were spotless, tidy, and welcoming. Linen was changed regularly and thoroughly, and the care put into keeping everything clean really showed. There’s also a lovely breakfast room, carefully put together and a relaxing place to start the day. The location worked well for getting around and reaching the main places of interest. I had a very positive stay in the rooms Francesca manages, and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting comfort, cleanliness, and a genuine welcome.
