We had lunch here too, after spending the night and having breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a big bed I really liked. Breakfast was a buffet with enough options to please everyone. Lunch tasted good, though it was a little expensive. I expected a small Caesar salad, but it arrived as a large dish with plenty of shrimps, so I was happy with it. The receptionists were helpful and very professional. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The buffet breakfast was generous, and there’s a bar area too. We stayed in Suite 3, which was divine, with a very comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel is close enough to the railway station, and town is within walking distance. We’d highly recommend it as a great base for a day trip to Venice.

The easy check-in and checkout made things a breeze, and breakfast was amazing, well worth the 18€ for my son and me. We were here for his fencing tournament and had a great stay at BW. The staff were friendly, helpful, and well located. I especially appreciated the Cleaning staff, who helped call and store our bag while a new room was being cleaned for us.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the stay turned out pleasant despite the circumstances. We ended up at the hotel after our car broke down on the way to Venice and the car assistance service picked it for us. It’s a modern, clean place with rooms that are large enough, plus a restaurant and bar. To my taste, it seems better suited to business travelers than families with children.

Good food and friendly staff made for a very pleasant stay. Thanks to Lisa and Ariani for being so helpful and friendly while I was there. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’ll book Hotel Cristallo again on my next visit in 4 weeks.
