The manager was friendly, helpful and well-organized, and the clean, basic rooms were in a quiet setting with reasonably good public transport. The room had a sign inviting guests to treat the B&B like a second home, and that's how it felt. The breakfast area is a bit small, and the useful numbers posted in the room need updating, at least the radio taxi numbers. Still, highly recommended, especially for the price.

The owner is friendly, but breakfast depends on him being there. Without him, guests are left to make pod coffee and eat packaged pastries, which really needs rethinking. It’s quite cozy, though the bathrooms aren’t in the rooms. And it could be warmer during the winter months.

The owner was kind and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend the place. The bathroom outside the room was dirty, and the advertised breakfast was barely there: pod coffee to make yourself, packaged croissants from discount stores, and toast that had been opened who knows when or by whom. It’s very basic, though at that price maybe you can’t expect more. The downsides aren’t good.

About two years later, is the owner still wondering whether he’s there, or just pretending?!!!!!
