The beds were filthy, with urine on most of the sheets, and the mattresses had bed bugs and poop stains. Don’t trust the pictures online, the rooms looked nothing like them and seemed fake. The food was terrible. Some staff were nice, while others didn’t seem to care about guests’ needs. The hotel is in a really sketchy location, too. I was highly disappointed with everything and wouldn’t recommend it unless you want a bad time. This place needs to do better or be shut down.

During a recent trip around Europe, I stayed at several hotels, and this was the worst for the facilities, food, and service. The room was basic and tiny, with a single bedsheet and a paper-thin pillow. The shower was so cramped I could barely turn around, and the only trash can in the room was in the bathroom. The food was like cafeteria food. The evening I was getting ready for the next day, I noticed the bag of souvenirs beside my suitcase was gone. Some of the items were very expensive. I went straight downstairs and found one staff member, who said she wasn’t sure and could check with the maid in the morning, since she was about to leave for the night. She said everyone leaves at 10 pm. I was checking out at 7 am, so I had to practically beg her to look in the trash before she left. She found my bag there, filled with rubbish that wasn’t mine, including a used sanitary napkin. I was glad to get my things back, but one glass bottle was still missing. They later found it smashed in the dumpster. I don’t know why the maid who cleaned my room threw the bag away. It wasn’t next to a trash can, and it had no rubbish in it at the time, so it didn’t look like trash. I’d left it beside my suitcase. Lesson learned: room service should leave people’s belongings alone. That was the last straw after the below-average facilities and staff service, including the fact that apparently everyone leaves at 10 pm. Do not recommend staying here.

I went with a tour group. One room had bed bugs all over the beds, and another bed collapsed. The room I was in had no air conditioning because it was broken, so it felt hot and damp. My roommates and I asked for another fan, but one staff member wasn’t having it and never brought one. Dinner wasn’t very good, though the kitchen staff were pretty nice. We had to switch rooms. The second one was cramped and old, and the mattresses hadn’t been cleaned or replaced, judging by the huge brown stains. Most of the hotel’s sheets had yellow stains too. To me, this place was like an unkempt Hotel 6 in the United States. Do not go there.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The bedding was visibly stained, so the rooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. When I asked for fresh bedding, the staff weren’t accommodating.
