Best Western Plus Sabaudia Hotel

Breakfast had everything we wanted, including eggs, pancakes, and fruit, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The pool is small, though being right by the beach meant we didn't really need it. We had a nice stay overall. During our visit, we met four different reception staff, and they didn't seem interested in helping us find good places nearby. They weren't very helpful, maybe because they lacked experience.

We only stayed briefly while visiting Rome, and found the hotel relaxing and enjoyable. It's new and clean, with cozy, comfortable rooms. The modern control panels let you manage the whole room from bed, which was really convenient. Our twin room had two soft, fairly large beds, probably smaller than those in a regular room. I loved the food at the hotel restaurant. Outside, there's a pool with a jacuzzi, plus plenty of places to sit in the calm garden surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

The rooms are beautiful and spotless, and the staff are pleasant and helpful. I had two small disappointments. Room service wasn't consistent: the first time I ate in my room, I got my order with water, a glass, and bread. Two days later, with the same order, there was no bread or water. I was disappointed. I also wish someone had explained the facilities, like the spa and access, or given me a map of the building.

The restaurant food was very well prepared, breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the pool was good for children. The beach shuttle was always on time. Our room was modern and the staff were super kind. One of my best experiences. We visited in 2022.
