Marilisa served a lovely Italian breakfast with great quality food. The hosts were very friendly, and the place was very clean, just like the pictures. The only drawback is needing a car to reach the tourist attractions or beach. Can only recommend it!

Emanuele and his family were exceptionally kind and helpful, flexible with our needs, and full of good local advice. Gioema holiday home is also ideally placed for the lovely sea, Circeo National Park, and getting around the town center. I recently stayed there and came away very happy. Every room was carefully looked after, fresh, and fragrant, with impeccable cleanliness. It’s a quiet, spotless place, and I’ll definitely return.

The residence is easy enough to reach, but getting around from there is a little awkward. It’s about 20 minutes from the beach in San Felice Circeo, which helps explain the lower price. What really worked for us was the upkeep: the grounds are lovely, everything was tidy, and our duplex room was spotless. The upstairs bedroom was spacious and comfortable; downstairs felt cramped, especially the bathroom, where the shower was small and awkward to use. Having a washing machine was a real bonus, and the little garden was a nice spot to unwind. The strong air freshener smell was too much for us, so we took the dispensers out. The kitchen was missing basics you’d expect in a holiday rental, like seasonings, napkins, and dishwashing supplies. When we asked, they said they’d already provided cookware, though the pots had no lids, and declined to help. We were told to leave things dirty if we needed cleaning products, which wasn’t practical when cooking more than once a day. Breakfast is in a separate area, and you need the apartment key every time you go in. That’s inconvenient when people in your group have different schedules. They also handed us a QR code and specifically asked us to leave a review, which felt uncomfortable. The place itself is beautiful and well cared for, with very clean rooms, but better service and organization would make the stay much more relaxing.
