We fell so much in love with this picturesque villa in Sabaudia, set in the middle of the beautiful Italian landscape, that we’ve chosen it as the setting for our small wedding in a few months. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The location is stunning, but the villa fell short of what I expected. It’s not well maintained, the kitchen is tiny, and the wallpaper in the living room is very worn. The three upstairs bedrooms get unbearably hot, and it’s impossible to manage without air conditioning. With better care, the garden could be wonderful, but left unattended, it gets taken over by insects. It’s a shame, because with the rental income, even a small investment could make this a successful villa! 🙃

Right on the lake, with breathtaking views, and just a short walk from the town center. The house has a cozy designer feel, a big living room, three bathrooms, a sauna, and five bedrooms. There’s also a large garden, a dock, and a rowboat.
