The room and service were okay, but the breakfast needs improvement. To me, four stars feels like too many. Three would be more accurate.

We spent one night here and used a Groupon deal for four hours at a thermal spa. The hotel is in the city center, in a historic building, so the interior has a vintage feel and real wood furniture rather than a modern, fashionable look. The bathroom, though, is large and modern. Staff were friendly and gentle. You can reserve a space in the hotel garage, or use the big nearby parking lot, about a minute away on foot. It felt safe and close. Breakfast had both Italian sweet options and international savoury food. There wasn't a huge choice of sweets or cheese, but it was enough to leave us full and happy. We drove to the spa, which was only two minutes away. Really recommend it, it deserves its four stars.

The bed was comfy, the WiFi stable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with arrangements. There is a garage space available, and you can walk to the SPA nearby, though you need to book a time slot ahead. The furniture is old, but it's a nice hotel.

The view from my room was beautiful, and the room itself felt fresh and clean. Staff were very helpful, and there's a great restaurant just a short walk outside the hotel. A wonderful place to stay.

Staff were friendly, and using the SPA is possible if you reserve in advance. Breakfast had lots of sweet cakes, but the scrambled eggs were cold. The coffee machine was slow.
