The place was fine.

The kids had plenty to do, with a play area full of games, and the Goat House and Donkey Shelter nearby. We also enjoyed an evening of telescope stargazing and a buffet dinner, and breakfast was generous. The facility itself is lovely. Everything went well, except that the bed was so noisy it creaked whenever you breathed!

It's a peaceful place out in nature, with lots of different uses and services available whenever needed. The owners are friendly and ready to help. Families with children and people with disabilities can both stay here, and it's handy for getting to Biella, Ivrea, and the Aosta Valley.

Families can visit two nearby places to see goats and donkeys, and they sell some products of their own as well. The facility is beautiful and the service is excellent.

The staff made us feel very welcome and were genuinely kind. Our room was spacious and clean, and the big lounge has a play area that works well for little kids. One downside: in winter, the restaurant only opens for groups with a reservation.
