After a day on foot, the inn five minutes away was handy for its evening pilgrim's menu. The place itself is quiet at night, even though you can hear the nearby donkey shelter during the day. It's a very simple B&B with one room and the essentials, and the owner is discreet and kind. We skipped breakfast because we wanted to set off early on the Camino de Oropa, so I can't comment on it, though it is offered.

We really liked the view from the room over the nearby mule tracks. The owner was attentive, calling around lunchtime to check when we'd arrive, and they worked around our schedule by serving breakfast at 7:30 so we could start the Oropa walk early. Accessibility was a real plus: it was the only hotel I've stayed at that had a disabled bathroom as standard.

The room and bathroom were accessible for people with disabilities, which can be hard to find. I stayed for one night on the way to Oropa, and found the room spotless and just right. The owners were very kind, and both the donkey sanctuary and Barbamatto restaurant are an easy walk away.

The bathroom was the letdown for me. The toilet seat was broken and held together with duct tape, and some parts of the shower were clearly rusty. The location is excellent for people walking the Camino de Oropa, and the owners are very kind and helpful.

The hostess was lovely, and we had a wonderful stay. Our simple, well-kept room looked out over the donkeys. It's a bit away from the main route, though still close enough to the restaurant.
