The indoor spa is amazing, the views are great, and the management has been helpful. With the high end amenities and fixtures, it feels like a luxury villa on the hill. It’s a bit of a hike down the steps to reach the lake and restaurants, but after a good meal I feel like I’ve worked off the excess.

The layout worked really well for our family: the girls had the upstairs room, the adults slept downstairs, and the kitchen and sitting area were on the middle floor. We also had three full bathrooms and a half bath. The host was so welcoming and helped us with food, ferry, and local event options. The views from the house were amazing. We loved this place.

The property is in a very good location, and Matteo, the manager/owner, was very good too. I wouldn't recommend it for older people.

The amenities were lovely, and the views were beautiful.

We made good use of the shared pool and spa, where you reserve a time slot, and there was parking available too. The apartment was well equipped, with four bedrooms: three double beds and one room with two singles. There are two full bathrooms and a separate toilet. The attic bedroom shares its space with a living room and sofa bed. The views over Lake Como were spectacular. Mateo was attentive to what we needed and did his best to make the stay pleasant.
