You’re right in the best spot for the train station, ferries and boat tours, and the historic center with its shops and restaurants. The area felt safe, and the host answered emails both before and during our stay. The room was small, as expected, but there was barely anywhere to hang or store clothes. The shower is tiny too, and anyone over 5'10 would probably struggle. There was an espresso machine, but after the first day the coffee packets ran out, even though we left Luigi several notes asking for more. And if you go to bed before 10:00pm, expect street performers in the piazza by the restaurants to play horns or drums at night.

The room wasn't much to my taste, and the cleanliness was only okay. Breakfast was pretty disappointing too. The location, though, is fantastic, right in the city center near the train station and ferries.

Ilaria welcomed us warmly and professionally, and paid close attention to what guests might need. The room was lovely, clean, and supplied with all the basic services and necessities. Everything seemed thoughtfully arranged for guest comfort. The rooms are in a beautiful building right in the historic center, and we were very pleased with our stay.

Llaria met me when I arrived from Napoli by train and showed me around the unit. She was wonderful and very helpful. My room was beautiful and central, near lots of shops, restaurants, and bars, though the neighborhood is noisy. I used the nearby ferry ports for day trips to Amalfi and Positano. It made a great base for the Amalfi Coast, and I’d gladly stay again.
